Wheel of the Year

I am nature and nature is me.

I follow the Wheel of the Year to help me stay grounded and connected to nature & the world around me. I create a two hour for you to learn about and celebrate the Wheel Of the Year.

I share wellbeing information and activities with lots of space to practice them. Activities can include craft, guided meditations, journalling, movement, singing and visualisations.

You can find new healthy ways to authentically connect to yourself, nature and others. They are every 6 weeks following the natural Wheel of the Year.
